FAQs

  • This breath practice is not for you if you’re currently pregnant, or if you live with the following:

    • Heart conditions or a history of serious health issues like stroke or heart attack

    • Epilepsy

Your safety comes first — please honor your body and check in with a healthcare provider if you’re unsure. Read the general liability waiver before booking. 💜

  • Think of it as giving your breath the steering wheel for a while. It’s a guided way of breathing that helps clear stress, unlock emotions, and reconnect you with yourself. Through the breath, we can access parts of ourselves beyond the mind — creating space for healing, relief, and remembrance.

  • Nope! If you can breathe, you can do breathwork. I’ll guide you the whole way. No experience is necessary. Breathwork is for everyone. You simply bring your body, your breath, and an open mind.

  • We’ll set up a cozy spot, I’ll explain the breathing pattern, then music leads the way. You might feel tingly, emotional, peaceful — or all three. There is no “right way” to experience breathwork or a soundbath — your breath will meet you where you are.

  • Maybe. Maybe laugh. Maybe feel lighter than you have in years. All of it is welcome here, and nothing is “too much.” You may cry, laugh, move, or rest. Every experience is unique, and all of it is welcome.

  • Yes. Breathwork is intense for about 30 mins but powerful (I know you’ve been on Instagram holding your breath for longer).   It can bring up strong emotions and sensations. Sessions are always trauma-informed, and you are supported the whole way through. Ages 14 and up are welcome with an adult. Must be 18 or older to participate without parental consent . If you have health concerns, check with your doctor first — otherwise, you’re in safe hands (and lungs!).

  • A yoga mat, blanket, water, and anything that makes you comfortable (layered clothing). Basically: think “nap time vibes,” but for your soul.

  • Nope. The beauty of breathwork is that your body and spirit does the talking for you. Silence is golden (and healing).  You're invited to honor whatever feels right for you.

  • It means “to the root.” Breathwork takes us beneath the noise, back to what feels real and alive. This practice is about returning to your essence, your wholeness — not just in the mind, but in your body and spirit. Our hope is that you leave better than you came. We vibe to all music genres, English, Spanish and Spanglish. We bring LA culture into our healing, that's what we need and that's what we make room for. We created our own table, our own realm, our own safe space. We hope to bring every LA/Cali neighborhood into our circles. We hope to tap into every community so that we can all find the relief we deserve.
